Pasta Salad
Substitutions of all kinds are welcome
Ingredients

2 lb
Rotini
1 or 2 boxes -
2 cup
Mayonnaise
supplement or partially replace with olive oil -
1/2 each
Onion
small or medium -
2 each
Bell Pepper
diced -
1 - 2 each
Tomato
diced -
15 oz
Black Olives
or 1 can -
1 cup
Cheddar Cheese
shredded, or substitute with another cheese of choice -
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to box.
Chop and mix vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients together,and mix well.
Adding a precooked meat of choice is a great options.
