Chicken Salad

This recipe assumes you have precooked chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Chicken
    shredded or chopped, precooked.
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    or a bit more if chicken is dry. May also use some olive oil
  • 1/2 each Onion
  • 1/2 cup Pickle
    pickle of choice - dill, relish, bread and butter, etc.
  • 2 tsp Salt
    to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    to taste
  • 1/2 cup Celery
    chopped
  • 1 cup Almond
    sliced or chopped
  • 1 cup Grape
    or more to taste, DO NOT DO IF DOING PICKLES

Directions

Shred or chop the chicken if not already done. Add and mix all ingredients together. Serve over rice or in a sandwich, open or closed face.
