Foil Dinners
These are a favorite bonfire meal of mine. These can be made over a fire or in the oven
Ingredients

4 lb
Potato
sliced -
1 - 1 1/2 lb
Carrot
sliced -
2 each
Onion
sliced -
1 lb
Ground Beef
raw, it will cook in the foil -
1/2 cup
Butter
just to add a tbs or two to each foil dinner -
1 tbsp
Salt
divided to taste with each foil dinner -
1 tsp
Black Pepper
divided to taste with each foil dinner -
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
divided to taste with each foil dinner
Directions
Wrap all ingredients in desired rations, in aluminum foil and put in the coals of a fire for 20 plus minutes.
