Hot Chops
Ingredients
- 4 each Pork Chop

4 cup
Black Bean
cooked, or about 2 cans -
3/4 cup
Salsa
heat of choice -
1 each
Onion
chopped -
2 cup
Corn
frozen or canned - 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Sear chops on each side for 2 minutes. Add each of the other ingredients and bring to a simmer in a large pan or pot, or crockpot, until meat is tender.
Serve over rice
